TENGA STORE UK is moving to TENGA STORE EUROPE - your new one-stop shop for all things TENGA in Europe and the UK!
Changes like this always come with uncertainty and questions, so we want to take a minute to address all of your concerns, as well as give you a sneak peak about what we have coming up.

Why the Change?
We work hard everyday to improve our service in Europe and the UK, to bring the wonders of self-pleasure to more people! That’s why we're relaunching TENGA STORE EUROPE as your hub for all things TENGA in Europe. Don't forget - we have the largest range of TENGA and iroha pleasure items on the continent!
With the new site you'll now be able to browse the site in English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian, as well as shop in Pounds or Euros!
That’s not to mention all the new benefits we're planning to bring to the store in the next year and beyond!
Keep up with all the latest with the TENGA STORE EUROPE newsletter. We'll even give you 10% off your first order for your troubles when you sign up!
What Does that Mean for Me?
The biggest change for you will be to update the bookmark on your browser.
Easy, right?
In the coming months, we’ll be implementing redirects from the old store, for any of you who happen to click on an old link!
What about Shipping?
All of the TENGA Stores in Europe have always offered shipping across the entire European Continent, and that won't be changing with the move to TENGA STORE EUROPE.
All delivery fees, delivery times and free shipping offers remain the same as they were on TENGA STORE UK.
Our packages are always delivered discreetly, in a plain, brown cardboard box, for your peace of mind.

What Will Happen to My TENGA STORE UK Account?
We've worked hard so that the transition to TENGA STORE EUROPE is as seamless for you as possible, so if you already have an account with TENGA STORE UK, you’ll get to keep it!
Your TENGA STORE UK account will be transferred over with all of the following information:
- Order history
- Saved addresses
- User name
- Email newsletter subscription status
The only thing that won’t be transferred over are your saved Wishlist items, so be sure to make a note of those before you update your account!
All you'll need to do is update your account (check your inbox - we've sent you an email) or reset your password using your TENGA STORE UK credentials.
What do I Need to do Next?
Check your inbox - we've sent an email to the address associated with your TENGA STORE UK account, so you update it for use on TENGA STORE EUROPE.
All you need to do is:
- Tap the “Confirm password” button in the email we sent you
- Confirm your TENGA STORE Account Password on the Update Account screen
- That’s it - you can pick up right where you left off!
You'll notice all your saved billing and shipping addresses and order history appear on your Account page, as if by magic!
Is There a Deadline to Update My Account?
No, there’s no deadline. As long as you have the email in your inbox, you can update your account at any time. Alternatively, you can go to the Recover Password page and enter your TENGA STORE UK credentials at any time.
Please be aware that TENGA STORE UK will stop trading on March 1, 2024.
You will still be able to access your account until June 30, 2024 when TENGA STORE UK closes down for good, but you will no longer be able to make any new orders on the site.
If you have already updated your account on TENGA STORE EUROPE, note that orders will not update on your original TENGA STORE UK account. For the most up to date view of your TENGA STORE Account, please refer to your TENGA STORE EUROPE account.
